Task Analysis
This document is a layout of the overall idea within the thematic unit. It is the teacher's help format on what the students may need in materials or may need to know prior to the lesson.
This document is an evaluation to my thematic unit. It evaluates me as a teacher, the material and lessons I developed, and how well the students adapted and understood the information.
DEVELOPMENT DOCUMENTS
This lesson is an introduction in to the unit where you will be working on character traits and emotions. They will learn about what a character trait is and where it can be found in text and from a character. They will then take the information and relate it to their own traits as a character.

This is an integrated lesson, where students will read articles that tie in English Language Arts, Social Studies, and Math. The students will take the time to read each article and highlight traits that were learned on Lesson 1.

This lesson focuses on the subject of cause and effect. The students will learn the definitions and how to put them in to use during reading skills.

|
This lesson will entail the students using what they learned previously about cause and Effect and putting it towards the reading called President Cleveland, Where are you? from the Mirrors and Windows basal for 6th grade.

This lesson will assess what the students have learned about the character traits. They will be writing in class and then typing on MyAccess.
